Having made a dramatic impact on over 650 schools and multi-academy trusts since its launch in 2021, the Behaviour Hubs programme is coming to an end in April 2025. In this article, Senior Programme Manager Richard Warenisca explains that schools are facing increasingly complex challenges in behaviour management, and that school leaders and teachers urgently need more support.

In this research report, we document the structure and impact of the Behaviour Hubs programme and examine its collaborative approach. We analyse feedback and survey data from participants, in the context of the Ofsted inspection framework, while calculating the cost per pupil and comparing it to other similar behaviour interventions.

On Monday 20th January, we were thrilled to host esteemed education leaders at our Global Dialogue event in London. Global Dialogue is designed to convene important conversations within the education and international communities, about how improving education and skills outcomes can increase life chances around the world. This year’s event invited attendees to consider the theme ‘Transforming education systems: How can effective education policy ensure positive outcomes for all children and young people?’

EDT is delighted to be working with Leicestershire Local Authority and 29 local schools through the Schools Partnership Programme (SPP), forming a supportive professional learning network (PLN) focused on sustainable school improvement. Working closely with school leadership teams and the ´óÏ㽶ÊÓƵ Effectiveness Team (EET), which supports all education settings in Leicestershire, this partnership focuses on empowering all staff to actively participate in the school improvement process.
